Ravages of hurricane
& moving company mean that no one sits in those pews anymore. We have gathered
to worship in our fellowship hall for over a year. K started moving back
into the church library in August. The education wing came up in late October. We hope to “back from exile”
shortly after the New Year.

Above: David &
his mother, Betty, belatedly celebrating her birthday. David has been losing weight
& is lookin’ good. K has lost a few, too.
Below: Our niece
Victoria & her Phillip chose Labor Day
Saturday for their wedding just as we did. Here we are with her on the
happy day.

The prettiest sight you’ll see…
your own front door. David & Mandy watch the snow falling
in our front yard while K decorates the Christmas tree. The
red geraniums & the frosted red hibiscus looked festive until they froze. Merrily, merrily!
During this season, we often give thanks for our heritage of faith.
Nevermore so than this year as we celebrate our first holidays without David’s dear father, Charles. Photo was taken at our church some years ago with Grandad Meggs anchoring the far
end of the pew.
